There is no need to heat the hub. Find a piece of pipe or square tubing slightly larger than the shaft and key. Place it over the shaft and hit it hard enough to move the pulley towards the feeder house, once it moves the key should come out very easy. If it has never been off it will take some force to move it. good luck
