Combines Hugger corn head poly vs metal

They work fantastic, we have had one for 3 seasons, we had bad downed corn last year and everything slides so much nicer, the point is still cast, it can still push corn leaves but really haven't found it to be too much of a problem or any worse then with the tin snounts. If you got one you would certainly be happy with the way things slide in so well in down and damp conditions, hope this helps. Any other questions please let me know.

I have a 2003 hugger with the plastic and it works great and it also might be for sale if I can sell my R72. It also has the lateral tilt on it.Would probably take about $18000. Only has 1450 acres on it.402-356-4821.

What I meant was I would consider offers over $18,000. This head also has the adj. stripper plates and listed for $38,300
