I put a JD930 flex head on my TR-96 way back in '92. I used it in wheat locked up and in soybeans in the fall. You have to cut off both drive shafts and put on pto telescoping shafts. The platform augerslip clutch is on the right drive shaft so you have to acommodate that. The reel drive hydraulics work ok and the reel raise too.The auto height system is not compatible at all. All in all FORGET IT! The NH head with its double sickle drive is much better.
