EHHHHH, you didn't read the instructions or look at the sticker on the panelIJIJIJIJIJ Seriously though they are a kinda silly idea from that piont of view.
This used to happen at all the shows till we bolted steel angle iron in place of the shock. There is a safety catch in those shocks so the wind won't blow it shut on you. To get them shut, simply push up a bit and it will come down.
