Bayer CropScience has completed final transactions in the global divestment of the active ingredient carbaryl (SEVIN®) to Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. (TKI). This divestment is for crop uses only. Bayer will retain the global turf and ornamental business uses as a part of its Environmental Science business.

This divestment is part of the global commitment announced by Bayer CropScience to focus resources on strategic growth areas and innovation. Bayer CropScience remains committed to offering new, innovative solutions, combining seeds, traits and conventional crop protection products as demanded by customers worldwide.
