Bayer CropScience has completed final transactions in the global divestment of the active ingredient carbaryl (SEVIN®) to Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. (TKI). This divestment is for crop uses only. Bayer will retain the global turf and ornamental business uses as a part of its Environmental Science business.
This divestment is part of the global commitment announced by Bayer CropScience to focus resources on strategic growth areas and innovation.
