It appears Bill C18 is moving forward despite judge’s declaration

Siemens Says - When a federal court judge ruled on the declaration request by the Friends of the Canadian Wheat Board and the Canadian Wheat Board directors of eight, seven are not involved in this last week, my first gut reaction after reading the ruling, it was a political statement by a liberal judge appointed by then PM Jean Chretien.
