We have a 30' Flex head new in 1998. This fall it started vibrating. We have replaced the left pivot end support for the auger twice and the main frame is cracked in many places and the right hand end of the header is cracked in two places. Case has offered to replace the main frame but our dealer can not find the reason for the vibration. The knife drive gear box was replaced the support that the drive sits on had all end play taken out of it the knife was replaced and we still have a vibration. We are presently using a 25 head supplied by our dealer to get through the harvest.
