without rhe header on , let your feeder all the way to the ground ,then proceed with your calibration. it has worked with a couple that i have saw. it even happened in tech school. they couldn't solve it; so we done it the above way. if you can;t get head down disconnect left pot on feeder and lower then plug back in.
