1. If you have more than about 700 separator hours on the machine, the concave is more than likely rounded off. In that case, in order to get thru harvest, try lowering the front of the concave slightly (about 1_8-1_4"), and then readjusting the rear up to where it clears the cylinder by about 1_8". This will be a temporary zero setting until you're finished. Doing this should force more material to the shoe, instead of to the walkers.Check and see if you have a curtain hanging under the beater grate directly behind the concave. If this isn't there, grain will go directly to the very front of the walkers mixed with small trash.
