Combines JD 6620 cleaning shoe

The chaffer is nowhere near strong enough to hold the shoe square...I'd suggest that you probably have at least one bad bushing which is allowing some sideways movement toward the right side when the shoe oscillates...The braces on the chaffer are fairly lightweight metal, and this twisting breaks it fairly readily.

I agree with gnu, check All the rubber bushings in the arms that support the sieves. Chances are you've got one or two wore out somewhere.

I have seen this problem before on Titan ll machines. I think this happens because the shoe operates at a faster speed than on the previous Titan model. I would also check the fan housing for cracks and all the surrounding tinwork. My recomendation is to replace shaker bushings more often and before thighting any shaker arm hardware center the shoe in it's stroke to help keep any uneccasary binding on the rubber bushings.
