We've had to replace the eyebolts which hold the beater grate on (not much fun because the grate can come loose and twist, wedging itself pretty tightly),and have had to replace the bolts in the ends of the front adjuster shaft (discovered when changing concave out). Which bolts are you talking aboutIJ

Those bolts hold the feedplate which helps to transition material from the feeder chain onto the concave. I've found a couple loose, but no real problems. I didn't see this, but I heard of one of those feedplates getting pulled into the cylinder. There's quite a bit of iron there, and I'd bet that a good bit of damage was done. Bet that it made a real racket, as well.
