Try opening the top sieve WIDE open and regulating the sample by wind adjustment.

Canola is threshed immediately at the concave. It is also mostly separated there so you don't need the rest of the cage. Try blocking part of the separator cage off. I have use some round baler belting and wrapped around the left side of the cage to decrease the shoe load and worked very welll.
