A 1042 is a macdon front painted red with caseih stickers. Similar to the Honeybee front advertised on the attachments page.

Sounds pretty good. Where can I get some more info on a Keho reelIJ I've never seen nor heard of one before. Will be interesting to find out if there are any dealers here in Australia.

I have used both the Keho and the Crary air reel and let me tell you the cray is the Cadillac. With the Crary reel we cosistently pick up about 3 more bushels. We also notice a much more even feed accross the platform. And the adjustability is nice because you don't ever have to leave the cab. It is all done with the flick of a switch. Finally I have had mine since 1991. I do 1100 acres of beans a year and I have only replaced a few teeth in that entire time. Otherwise there has been little to no maintainance at all. I like the Crary better and I think you will too. Hope this helps you.
