Did you locate a Racine valve or are going to work with a three way valve (raise only with pump and tank ports) and a dump valve (to lower)IJ let me know and I will try to email you the info this week. I have two state inspections this week one for my livestock permitt and one for my fuel storage site. Making sure all of the paper work is in order and available since they called me Friday and said they would be here Monday has kept me busy.
