Combines extra bin fill auger

I'm using a Burvee bubbleup auger similar to what you describe. In my case the bubbleup runs in series with the reel motor, meaning the reel speed knob also controls the bubbleup auger motor speed. Is it possible the reel speed control knob got turned to a lower speed by accidentIJ If you can see the auger from the operator's seat you can check this by simply running the machine then watch while turning the knob. Make sure your "Auto_Man" reel speed selector is in Man.

when you say it runs in series, does that mean that you can use it in soybeans and still have the reel speedIJ

Yes. The Burvee bubbleup connects to the reel return line.(The reel return is the bubbleup supply) The bubbleup return goes back to the reservoir. Soybeans are a lower volume crop so the slower bubbleup auger isn't a problem. Just be sure to get the bubbleup as close as possible to the fill auger.
