Not to bad of a job. I did this a couple of years ago on mine. Had a local heat and air shop cut the sheet metal and then worked it into position and rivited it in. Just make sure to keep it pressed into the curve at the bottom, it will have a tendency to creep up as you work. Think the cost was less than $50. John

I plan to get a piece of stainless bent, cut out the old and weld in the new. Old one is starting to wear through in a couple spots. Anyone have any experience with this methodIJ

I had piece of stainless bent to cover from fuel tank all the way back to rear angle. If I remember right I cut thin metal out that covered support under auger to keep it from being to close to auger. Then I used rivets to fasten it down. Made sure old floor was push up tight while fastening it in.
