Check wiring on temperature sensor. Also check temperature with another method to be sure that gauge is not faulty.

Find a water manometer. Stick the one end of hose into area next to fuel pump. Rev up the warmed up engine to 2300 PRM. Measure the distance between the water levels and you should run 8 plus inches with a new blade. Otherwise you still have a plugged oil cooler. Replace the oil thermostat and plastic nipple near the thermostat when you have the cooler off.
