raise throat fully. Prop throat up with blocks so that you can remove lift cylinder on the right side . lower concave drag chain assembly. Remove concave if replacing. take a forklift with wooden blocks on it to support the cylinder. remove all cylinder supports and drives. lower cylinder with the fork lift. If any questions email me at acasey6713@embarqmail.com

I am sure they are not with it now, but if you look there are two male pegs on the axle - they were for two short pipes that supported the rear door or short raddle assy. lower the throat, measure the distance and cut two of these pipes. Now raise the throat and insert pipes over pegs, open the stone door and lower throat till the stops hit the pipes. loosen the bolts holding the rear door and raise the head. The door will stay down. Then proceed as stated above.

You have to remove the lower raddle chain drive and slip cluch assembly also. Concave can be in and out in 1-1.5 hrs, with just one person.

New cylinder and concave supposed to arrive today. Got the old ones out, seemed to be pretty logical to drop everything out the bottom after looking it over.
