Also when you changed the bushings did you check eccentric that moves the shoe back and forthIJ Might have a bearing out or an arm bent or those arms are out of time. I have seen the eccentric that drives shoe arm work on the key and it starts to rotate on drive shaft. Position the keyway at 12:00 o'clock position and check location of keyway on both sides of machine, if they are different one of them has moved. Hyper Harvest II
