Pengs5, Yes,the sheave is tapered and fits over a tapered hub. Remove the three existing bolts and if you can aquire three Gr.n8 bolts that are the same size and then clean other three holes with air and may have to use a tap to clean rust from threads. Insert three Grn8 bolts into threaded holes that were cleaned and tighten evenly. Sometimes tapping sheave with soft hammer while bolts are snug helps loosen sheave from taper hub.Once sheave is loose and removed,then you can insert a screwdriver into split hub to spread hub a small amount to slide off of shaft.
