it could be slipping either because a. the splines are worn (saw this last week) b. the torque limiter is worn out or c. belt is worn or has oil_grease on it. OR The monitor sensor is too far away due to a. incorrect setting or b. bearing down causing it to move away. Either case when engine slows due to load the beeper goes off due to underspeed condition right at the break point. This is usually signaled by the shaft being the first to come on or the last to go off when decreaseing or increasing eng rpm with clutches on. re adjust, replace or otherwise repair. Make sure engine is at high idle as well. 2710 rpm on deutz and 2450 on cummins.
