Pengs, Glad to hear that the acc. roll conversion went well. We normally just snug the bolts on the acc. roll with a 3_8" air wrench. Have torqued before and also pulled threads. As for the plastic fingers, none that I know of around here but I am sure that somebody has installed them before. Makes sense as you would see less damage to auger if one were to break. Yes, you can remove and install seperator clutch pins without removing from combine. We take a impact swivel with 15_16" socket and remove nuts and locks. Then using an air hammer to drive old pins out and then using the air hammer to drive the new pins back in place. We use loctite on threads of studs. Good luck, Hyper Harvest II
