First, I would inspect the swivel. One can purchase the INNER race new. Hundred some odd bucks. Clean out the channel in the outer race, pack with wheel bearing grease and install new balls. Betcha this will last a few more years. MAke sure you keep the little plug to weld back in. If not your balls could hang up or fall out. I hate it when that happens.......... Barring this I would go with the nylon slide unit, works fine.
