Combines Walker boxing clearances

I made my walker boxing clearance's that their is no side to side movement on the shaft. Make sure you can still move them up and down or else you'll have to remove the grain pan a 2nd time. To make puting the grain pan back I used a 4x4 piece of wood, just as wide as the grain pan and then I bolted the end closest to the chopper, then I used a long bar to lift up the grain pan, it'll take two people to do it.

I dont understand what you use the 4+4 for. My new blocks with the old cranks have about 1_16 to maybe a little more movement up and down with no movement side to side movement. Thanks for the reply.

You use the 4x4 so that you don't wreck the chaffer when your pushing the grain pan up to line up the bolt's
