I think Craig is talking about R60-R70 w_p-3 processer. I think the approx. 1991 Gleaner service school book is the only place I have seen any imformation on it. We added these paddles back in 1991 to our machines and it helps. I think rgn is on the right track with removing excess rev. bars. I suggest extending cyl. bars to discharge to prevent straw from stalling a few inches from discharge and grinding the heck the out of it. I agree that Gleaner should have made adding paddles a campaign but first they should have extended cyl. bars before combine left the plant.
