Combines TR 99 fixing bubble up auger

The only thing that we did that helped alittle, was replace the drive sprocket for the bubble auger with one for a TR89, this slows the auger down some. This didn't make the vibration go away, just made it less.

You can fix the problem by putting in a straight auger and forgetting the 'fold down' end. I am a NH dealer and we've been successful with that fix.

I think that the other part of the problem is that the new so called "balanced" augers are not properly balanced. I have had limited success with eliminating the vibration, but there are two areas that you have to look at. First you have to make sure that both top and bottom augers are perfectly balanced. Then if it vibrates, remove the top auger and give it a half a turn and reinstall it. The flightings on the top and bottom augers must be 90 degrees to each other. This allows better capacity, much like timing the rotors, and keeps the vibration down. like I said, it doesn't work all the time, but just something to try.

Do the 89's suffer from the same problems in that area that the '99's doIJ
