    I thin if you go into configuation and then combine info select error handling you can select suppress errors that should sort it but if you do that it will cancell all other errors.

    av you changed the sensor and is the sensor close enough wen the steps are up the little light on the back of the sensor should go out wen they are up

    Never did get the actual problem fixed but we did find a working solution. If you completely unplug the sensor it gives a "warning" error but it doesn't shut everything down. Just hit escape and it goes off the screen. Plugging it in gives a "stop" error.
