1) lower concaves (in cab electrically) 2) Remove concave access doors and release latches (MAKE SURE you have the "optional" frame that sets under concave; attaches across doors, which keeps concaves from falling on grainpan 3) Remove material around auger , rasp bars and in around the separator. ** Make sure you run rotor as fast as you can without cracking grain, then operate concaves as far open just to rub grain out of head (Use reccomendations in book for starters You will have more capacity. ** If you are plugging alot: 1) Is head feeding evenlyIJ 2) Are the replaceable auger wear lugs wore downIJ 3) Have you installed pins in front of rotor (between rasp bars , as well as on separator portion of concaveIJ
