Hi Bit late, but you won't be threshing this week. I assume you mean 116CS, 118 was not cylinder separation. Wheat setting in practice is 10mm.If your losses are ok slow the cylinder down, rear cylinders should be about 12mm, and run them top speed.Again if losses are low slow the rear cylinders down.Speed has more effect on straw quality than gap. The biggest fault with setup is the main concave and the rear concaves get out of parallel with the cylinders, make sure they are adjusted square accross the machine. One of the biggest problems with this system is that it can overthresh and smash the straw, when this happens the machine cannot separate the grain from the straw in the rear cylinders,and you end up with high losses and no straw. It's a balancing act!
