Too big for me, can't get them down the road, and i don't have much to do, so I don't want to trailer them. Still looking for a 20' or 22.5'

If you knew you only wanted a 20 or a 22.5 head why did you buy a 2388,just wondering why everyone thinks they need the biggest combine there is.A 66 series would probably be plenty for you as your going to be burning a lot of fuel to run one of those two heads on a 88

email me an offer I have two to choose from and maybe able to haul or if not can find shipping They heads were used by us and bought in the mid to late nintys with less than 800 acres a year and we also have the sunflower pans with sun reels that fit.

44mac, We only do a small amount of wheat with the 2388, 20 acres here, and 50 acres there, don't want to trailer a 25' for those small fields. 90% of the hours it will be thrashing with a 1015 belt pickup in grass seed, and sugar beets. Maybe you should try the beets, it will use all the horsepower the 2388 has. Or whatever you are running. How would you know what is plenty for meIJ just because I want a 20' header.
