Combines 8820 settings for wheat

In those conditions with the standard 88', i could run probably around 4-4.5, with a slight amount of loss. I would never run the cylender over 1000 or under 800 in any wheat that i have cut, there is no reason to that i know of....(correct me if i'm wrong) When i'm setting the machine, i set the cyl. at 900, turn the fan as high as it will go, and cut a sample. If it looses alot of grain i slow the fan until the tank gets a light amount of trash, then speed the fan up slightly, and close the bottom seive, (which you dont have.) In my experience you just have to mess with it until you get it the way you like it, because it will always be different than somebody eles' idea. WHATEVER WORKS!!!!
