No, just close your concaves until they touch the rotor and put a comealong on one of the rotor bar suppots to keep the rotor from sliding forward. Then take the front support off and change bearing and re-install. Make sure you put the bearing on with the lock collar groove forward or it will not engage the shims fully and eventually cause the bearing to wiggle and ruin the rotor shaft.
