Everone who has installed enclosed rotor like the way they stay in balance after the machine has been restarted from a stop. I didn't like the idea of inclosed rotor in a P3 unless we could stay with the deep rasp, reversable, and secured from the back side, to prevent bolt wear, cylinder bar. Sounds like a good plan if we can use our old bars. I would like to see your plan. Thanks and Merry Christmas. Dan
