Do you know how to get broken exhaust manifold bolts out? They are sheered flat.

Drill than easy out...Drill 1/4 size of the bolt follow left hand drill 3 sizes smaller than bolt...Drill almost half way into bolt than tact weld bolt with in heavy spray with rust remover etc. turn slowly.
