I'm afraid you need a new regulator. Regulator is blue plate under back cover. Good time to give it a good cleaning. Be careful to get plastic isolators on both side of peg that goes threw end cover. Be careful to be sure you have all the proper washers in proper places when replacing regulator. Good luck
