You will need a double throw double pole return to center six lug switch to control the speed of the reel. The two wires comming out of the motor on the hydraulic pump on the header control the speed of the reel. If you ground one wire and touch the other to 12 volts the reel will speed up, reverse the wires and the reel will slow down. You can get the switch from Gleaner or pay $6 at NAPA. For the header control you will need two electric over hydraulic valves, a couple switches and hoses. If you go back about a year on this site I had the info you would need.
