Are you saying it vibrates when emptyIJ Auger is balanced when new. Might need to check if it is straight and then rebalance if needed. If you want to slow down the flow then move the tins in hopper down over auger more.

If you think that vibration at the end is bad. Just go get a turrent on a Gleaner. You would think wow now this is nice. Be glad you dont have a turrent. IG

did not explain my problem right , it is the speed that the unloader go out when you swing it out to the unload position , when it hits the end of travel it shakes. old one came out slower and had a soft finish , hope this makes more sence , thanks again

There is or should be a .062 orfice under each fitting on hydralic valve for auger swing. Might of fell out or come loose in valve. If orfices are in place and it actually hits to hard at end of stroke you may have a cylinder assembled wrong. There is a dampening sleeve on ram that I believe could be installed backwards. Without proper dampening at each end of stroke you could get this sudden stop. Good luck
