Not to seem like a smart a$$, but can you just slow the rotor down and keep from making those finesIJ If your conditions are anything like here in iowa, corn is probably pretty wet and you are up against the dryer fairly early in the day anyway, so the extra power for ground speed probably isn't needed anyway. sorry cannot help you on your real question, but I do know these gleaners are pretty good at putting whole kernels in the tank.
