Combines soybeans and snow

I'd get after it tomorrow and just be careful.Tbran mentioned a while back that cutting beans on frozen ground_dirt was pretty abrasive to skids and to try setting float sensibility as soft as you can.Frozen snow is abrasive too.May have to "carry" it.If you get to scooping much snow keep an eye on your sieves(maybe the cage too)to make sure things aren't plugging up.The post down the page a ways says if your eating snow it's gotta be colder than hell to not have it melt in the machine.You should probably be in the field right NOW!!(11:25pm) lOl Your Neighbor

Mick, We harvested about 25 acres of soybeans 3 weeks ago in snow. (About 2-3 inches) It was our only chance to get them as it too was a swamp before freeze up. Didn't have any issues as long as it stayed below 20F. Surprisingly clean beans as well, most snow blew out the back. Good luck.

Run them now! Carry some extra guards with you since the clods and stones will not move.
