2 lb. (900 g) red potatoes (about 8),cut into 1-inch chunks 1/2 cup Pure Kraft Refrigerated Asiago Caesar Dressing 125 g (1/2 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives Make It
COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 14 to 16 min. or until tender; drain.

RETURN potatoes to pan. Add dressing and cream cheese spread; mash until smooth.

STIR in chives.

Variation Prepare using Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing and substituting fresh dill for the chives.

Note Do not mash the potatoes in a nonstick pan as this could damage the nonstick surface. Transfer potatoes to a large bowl, then mash as directed.

My husband loves potatoes of any kind and this sounds like it would be good.
