I work at Farm World Equpiment in Kinistino, Saskatchewan. We send all our concaves to Dobson's welding. they have a jig made to refurbish all types of concaves, and they do an excellent job of it. I believe they charde $500 can dollars per concave.

tribe1, I would recommend sending your concaves to St. John Welding 1-800-549-3289. They built-up my concaves and hardsurfaced them. They are three times better than a new set. Mine are still square after many acres of wheat, milo, and soybeans. I'm in western KS too and St. John is between Great Bend and Pratt, KS.
