I have never had that happen on the two TR's that I have owned even in low range on the 2 speed box. The engine will usually just stall when plugging in tough edible beans. I do have a quick question for cnhtek however. I just lost the snapring in the torque sensing drive for the second time in about 200 hours. We want to replace the snapring with thread and nut. You talk about this under AlERTS. Have you ever actually done this and is this a permanet fixIJ

Yes, this is definitly a permanent fix, The nut and set screw hold the torque sensor together way better than a snap ring. The only downside is it makes assembling the spring, ramps and hub a bit more difficult.
