If your working in heavy, tough straw conditions than I would go with the lexion R series, they have conventional threshing with rotary separation, as far as Im concerned they cant be beat under those conditions. Why on earth are you cutting your straw so shortIJ Weve been no-tilling since 97 and get away just fine with 10" stubble.

How many tons per hectare youre harvesting in wheatIJ Where are you farmingIJ In Europe we haw a very strict regulations on chemicals usage, so we need a straw not any longer as a 5cm so bacteria can process it. To maintain a moisture we have to run a tiller same day after the harvesting. This is thy some times is better to run more material throe the harvester as to have to many tractors in the field at the time.

you must keep stubble short and if straw is wet or still green straw walker combines are the only system to work in those type of conditions
