Maybe it will break up moderately, it has been sprayed with roundup, and didn't get any Tilt. The lexion guy i talked to yesterday at grand forks said that the 470's were a lot more prone to that stick breaking problem.

You will get that with the 480 as well, believe me, but with the wider body you will not have near the problems with overloading the sieve. If the crop is not breaking up too bad, I would try running without the rotor plates at all - and if your sieve loss is your limiting factor, put half on, and if it is still the problem, put them all on.
