I think this is a somewhat "divided" site. Those who buy CAT combines and receive excellent service can't undrstand why those who buy CAT combines (and receive terrible service) trade to Deere. I don't believe there's ever been any question that the CAT_lexion is an excellent product, the parts distribution infrastructure and dealer network needs some "polishing"!
