Do you have a rubber line coming from your fuel tank. if so see if it is sucking together starving itsself for fuel. We run into this and it was a bear to find.

Would suggest 1st off since you have done a fair few of the basics is to check fuel pressure, it should be around 35psi at the filter head at full load, not just high idle (flight revs). Remember that more fuel = more boost so if engine isn't getting it's fuel you wont get boost. We have had dramas with a bit of debris getting into transfer pump and not allowing pressure to build up. hope this helps.

Does your engine have a hand primer fuel pump on it, we had a 3406 that did, and the seals went bad in the hand pump and the engine would not draw fuel. Good luck
