Combines 580R vs 590R

On the demo we had, our dealer only could get an 8 row head for the 580R. This was probably too small for this size of combine considering our corn run around 170 bu_ac. No matter what speed we ran the combine,(3-6 mph) the machine never left any kernals on the cob or any trash in the bin. It appears the combine does not need to be loaded heavily to do an excellent job. I have also seen a 570 in wheat and have noticed the same results. Traveling fast or slow didn't effect grain quality or grain loss.
