There should be a tube between the intake manifold and the aneroid.We have a regulator and gauge attatched to an air line.Unhook the tube and hook to regulator.Ajust pressure to 12psi.If there is a leak in the diaphram you will hear it leaking.Also hook the regulator to the tube going to the wastegate actuator and do the same test.We have found that the wastegate diaphram ruptured and this leak will not allow the aneroid to"fuel" your engine.
