I haven't used the Axceller to harvest grass, but the one we installed in our 2388 really stopped rumbling in green-stemmed soybeans and rice, and seems to work very much like the AFX rotor. I would imagine it would work very well in grasses along with a specialty or rice rotor. We cut some soybeans for a neighbor last year that had a lot of green grass in them, to the point you could hardly see the soybeans, and it fed it right through with no rumbling.
