Combines Combine cab heater

Standard heater on the air-diesels was engine oil derived. They piped the hot oil to and from the cab. Optional was a fuel fired heater. Never saw one personally, but the owner's manual made mention of their existance. Might find one in a salvage combineIJIJIJIJ Ed in Montana

We have engine oil cab heater on all our Deutz powered machines. I'm think your little Deutz tractor has rigid fan drive and likely no thermostat controling oil temp. If filter head and cooler w_thermostat from the six cylinder inline fits that four cylinder setup you could be on your way. Might want to get the blessing of a Deutz engine pro before going to far. We do get plenty heat out of these heaters as long as engine is creating enough oil temp. If engine isn't working hard enough the heater core could work at keeping engine oil temp very cool!!!!
